Impeccable customer service float was fantastic
Took my u13 hockey team there for lunch in between games and the service was amazing. Very fast and we they were very accommodating to the kids. The manager even came out and gave the kids a few riddles for prizes. Super impressed with the staff.
Went through drive thru today and had the best experience ever. The young man who was on made my day. I ordered and didn’t want drinks , he said “you don’t like the root beer, oh no it’s awesome “. Then we joked and I cracked up. Well he said “ your order is $10,000.00 “. I lost it laughing. Went to the window and told the girl at the window that he made my day. A&W Paradise is a must-visit spot with fresh ingredients and great presentation. The Teen Burger meal with fries and root beer is highly recommended, served in a simple paper pouch. The care put into the food's presentation was appreciated. The kind drive-thru service added to the positive experience. However, the fountain drinks, especially the root beer, were disappointing, lacking taste. The only downside is the absence of free refills on fountain pop, which is uncommon for fast food places.
