As a former worker at an a and w I can say for sure they lack consistency in the form of keeping food past hold timers, melting cheese and seasoning patties to name a couple things. Besides this the store does great on its good days

Food was great and service was good. Reason for 3 stars is that they don't offer free refills on fountain pop. Can't think of any other fast food restaurant that does this.
