“Very relaxing atmosphere. The young gent who made my Americano decaf was very friendly and easy going; and the coffee was spot on. It's open until 10:30 PM and that's a bonus when looking for a place to go without booze! I'll most likely be dropping by again.“

“I like the people here. BUT, the management should know you put your best employee on front counter and not a newer employee. The drive thru is a team service. They work together..see things…steady… but in front you have so many different orders and Skip and Door Dash and app orders. I consistently see slower service in the front counter. I don’t know why you would do this because the counter customers are more like to walk out than those in drive thru. I am in here for 30 minutes I see the lines and reluctance of the customers. It is the bottom line..you would make more money with your best employee here“
“Nice atmosphere, no rush to exit. Only complaint is that there's a set of kitchen chairs that the employees were sitting down texting and eating at!! It was so weird, I've never seen this kind of behavior at a shop. Overall the drinks are comparable to other locations which is nice to see the consistency.“
“Best Tims on the Avalon, hands down! Staff are friendly, the tea/coffee is consistently good and they are super fast in the mornings during rush hour! I cannot say enough great things about the staff at this location, they are also really patient with my barking dog and he literally barks every time, the entire time I'm at the window. They even know him by name and greet him at the window EVERY.SINGLE.TIME“
“I like the fact that their baked good display is so much brighter and nicer than all the other locations. Also, they seem to be the only location that don't drown their donuts or timbits in glaze. That was so refreshing to see. All of them other locations need to follow their example.“
