“If you are looking for an amazing cup of coffee might I suggest Java Jacks Blend. We have been in the area for a few days now and I think I have worn a new path from where we are staying to where they are located. While enjoying your coffee take a look around at some of the beautiful locally curated artwork, soaps, and jewellery I promise you, that you will likely end up leaving with something else (a bag of brew, some baked goods, and soap are just a few of the items in my car now). To top it off the staff are very welcoming and kind.“

“I was there 2 years ago in July while on a road trip around NL with husband and brother. So good 😋Loved it! The guys had bear burgers and I had the cod. Great food and service. Hubby and I live in Colorado so can’t get back soon but I encourage everyone else to go and write about your delicious meal.“

“Walked in for some take out fish and chips. Food was amazing a great portions for the price. Super good tartar sauce and delicious fish and chips. About 30 min wait once we ordered so we went down to the market to get some Quidi Vidi Brewery drinks. Sat out at the picnic tables to enjoy our food and the sunset was gorgeous, bugs were a bit bad though. I wouldn’t say the service was amazing, the server seems annoyed we ordered food was hoping we would just leave when she said it would take 30 mins to make.“

Had the moose burger platter as my first experience w moose. Tasty, a little leaner, but nothing noticeably differenc from beef.
The Greco pizza was good all downed w a Pepsi as the water was on advisory boil in this town.“

“If you want fresh seafood at remarkable prices visit Harbour seafoods. Give them an hour’s notice if you want you my lobster steamed and cracked. We had the scallops, mussels and lobster during our three days. I only wish we could have taken back more.“
