Delicious food , good size, and it was plated well. Very reasonable prices. The atmosphere makes one feel welcomed. Desserts are not too sweet. Amazing place and highly recommended!

Fish and chips mediocre, no more, no less, for too big a price. No salad or anything on the side and not that big a portion either. The vegetarian pasta tasted like made from a jar sauce and some veggies added.

Lovely lunch here today as part of a bus tour. We had the clubhouse with salad and it was delicious! Servers were not just efficient but really friendly as well. Restaurant and bathroom were immaculate.

We enjoyed our unreserved visit, late arrival on a dark rainy evening. We were the last customers of the day. We enjoyed excellent meals, with generous portions. Owner took time to chat with us, sharing personal life aspects, well beyond lock up.

Kid-friendliness: There are lots of kid friendly food here..... Something for everyone!
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps into the restaurant so it is easily accessed. The wide hallways and move able Charis make it easy to navigate a wheelchair.

Not sure what to think about previous reviews. Is this the same restaurant? Did the cook recently quit? We arrived at 615 pm on a Monday and other patrons were just leaving. We were alone in the restaurant. Of 6 orders, 2 were incorrect. Apparently the Appy basket and the Entree combo were too alike for the staff to distinguish them as being different meals (one with pizza rolls, mozzarella sticks etc and the other had scallops, shrimp and cod). We asked about the $2 up charge for home fries, as some did not want French fries. We were told that the home fries were fresh cut and chunkier. No. The McCain frozen fries came out of a bag like almost everything else. The battered cod was decent, perhaps it was hand battered. Best on The Rock??? Not a chance. My friend had pork chops and one was cooked so dry that he had difficulty cutting it. The mistaken Appy baskets had burnt pizza rolls and cheese balls. The waitress did note that ( then why were they served?) and the kitchen provided replacements. Yes, price point is low but unless you are looking for deep fryer food I would take the previous reviews with a grain of The Rock salt. I was embarrassed to have taken my friends there based on previous reviews.
