“VERY VERY bad customer service. My mother was up there today and asked for “chicken pizza” as she was about to add Parmesan two girls burst out laughing at her and talking in their own language repeatedly saying chicken. My mom then asked if she messed up or said the wrong thing and told them it wasn’t very nice to act/talk like that in customer service and that they cut her off before she could finish. They then continued to say chicken to each other and laugh some more. Very very very disappointed with the service my mother received today, if you can’t talk English or have better manners then that then you shouldn’t be in customer service! One of the girls goes by “Luina” Very disappointed with this service, will not be back anytime soon!”

“The food, and service was absolutely delicious. Me, my husband, sister in law and 90 year old mother in law was there this evening for supper. We took her out for a drive from the Corner Brook area. My mother in law has dementia. We had this lovely waitress her name was Debbie. My mother in law was trying to tell her that she need some soup to bring home to her sister ( she is deceased) and Debbie went along with her and talked to her like they were in the moment, incredible. She told us of her hardship this past little while all the while tending to my Mother in law. You, Debbie are a beautiful person inside and out. This Cafe is so lucky to have you as an employee. The kindness and compassion that you show you customers is above and beyond. Thank you for making our day.”

“This place was recommended to us so we stopped on our way across the island. Very awesome place. Felt like eating at a friend’s place. Fish was great. Fries were unbelievably good. Definitely recommend you stop here too.”
