Coffee Shops in Springdale

“VERY VERY bad customer service. My mother was up there today and asked for “chicken pizza” as she was about to add Parmesan two girls burst out laughing at her and talking in their own language repeatedly saying chicken. My mom then asked if she messed up or said the wrong thing and told them it wasn’t very nice to act/talk like that in customer service and that they cut her off before she could finish. They then continued to say chicken to each other and laugh some more. Very very very disappointed with the service my mother received today, if you can’t talk English or have better manners then that then you shouldn’t be in customer service! One of the girls goes by “Luina” Very disappointed with this service, will not be back anytime soon!“

“Awesome staff and food. My only complaint is that there are no sandwich, drink or breakfast menus posted on the page. It would make it so easy to know what to order beforehand.“
