Love their margherita chicken panini as well as the raspberry iced tea. Milkshakes are good too. My husband enjoys their coffee more than Tim's. Staff are friendly. The only downside we find is that it is always slow, last time we went we were waiting in the drive thru at the window for about 10 minutes :/

Extremely slow, waited for close to 20 minutes for a bagel and coffee, not the place to go if your on the road working like myself and even though it took forever to get my food they still made it wrong

It can be quite slow at times, but that's not the staff's fault. Great, fresh food and coffee, although can get quite pricey.
The service and food was fine.However we were shocked to see that almost all staff as well as customers felt that they didn’t have to wear a mask.Staff that served customers wore no mask!Can’t believe this is happening! The staff that did have mask wore it on their chins!We won’t be back to this establishment while this is occurring! Totally disgusted!

The worst service I've ever received from a restaurant.The drive-thru wasn't busy, I was second vehicle in line and the drive-thru server asked me to pull up front and my order would be delivered to my vehicle.There was no where to park in front so waited for another vehicle to leave.After 11 mins waiting for my order, I asked my husband to go inside because the order wasn't delivered.The server told my husband they forgot to deliver the order, then gave him the bag of food that was sitting on top of the machine which was our order that had been sitting there for the past 10 mins or so.When I bit into my hashbrown I had to spit it out because it was so cold and dry and disgusting. Ontop of that, they gave me the wrong breakfast bagel.I was very busy so I couldn't go back to speak with them and get new food but they shouldn't have given me cold food in the first place.

Awesome staff and food. My only complaint is that there are no sandwich, drink or breakfast menus posted on the page. It would make it so easy to know what to order beforehand.
