I recently had a deeply unpleasant experience with a customer representative at Tim Hortons, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the service I received. I visited the Tim Hortons and interacted with an employee named Amen, who exhibited extremely rude and abusive behaviour. I am writing this review to express my disappointment and to bring attention to this concerning incident.I have been visiting the establishment for a few days. My first unpleasant encounter was upon entering the establishment for the first time, I was greeted with a complete lack of courtesy from Amen. Instead of a warm welcome or a simple acknowledgment of my presence, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude. It was immediately evident that this employee had no intention of providing even basic customer service. When I attempted to place my order, Amen not only ignored me but also made offensive remarks under their breath. It was shocking to witness such unprofessionalism from a representative of a well-known and respected brand like Tim Hortons.The second day I used the drive thru to place an order and to my sheer bad luck I was met again with the same employee who was managing the drive thru that day. Not only was she speaking in her native language and not English but she was rude to me while placing order and even when I reached the window to pick up my order.I hope that Tim Hortons will take appropriate action to address this issue and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

I guess in the winter they make employees work the window without a sweater, unless they purchase one themselves. Horrible if true that they don't supply them at no cost.

The only issue is the Staff are being worked to death - asking to do more (far more) than what they are getting paid to do!! Service, and Therefore, your Customers are suffering! Those high profits will not continue if people get tired of not being treated right - both Customers and Staff!!

I went Tims this morning around 9am. Store wasn’t that busy … i ordered breakfast sandwich and they took 20 min. Reason is they took my order and after they said no eggs understand .. sometimes it happen but after 12-15 she gave me sandwich and i got wrong sandwich and they took another5-7 min. To make new one and i saw they girl at sandwich station she passing food at drive thru. She doesn’t even care about front customer .I think manager needs to look for that .. the customers coming at front spending same time and money.Never ever wait at any Tim that long . It was worst service i got this morning.

This is not a restaurant review its just a advice for the individuals foreign workers who would look into the google review about this before coming to this place . Please completly avoid to come and work here its not worth it . It has a new owner now but a year ago it was full of poor foreign workers who worked here for their status in the country none of them was-helped by the employer nor from the agency where they were promised. The area is very much remote comparing from the city in ontario and other places .noone would care about you . Expenses are very very high and you would be likely going bankrupt .behaviour from the locals would be very discriminating and very nosy . You would be always watched
