Their prices were more than fair and their staff is very friendly and welcoming. The person who took my order was also open to customizing my drink and it tasted fantastic. This place also made our sandwiches and drinks fast.

I was disappointed for Hot Milk Tea. It's diluted resulting lack of taste. It wasn't the one I'm expecting. Hot Milk Tea is one of my fav since I was in Dubai working in Din Tai Fung brand.

This is pretty awesome banh mi. The bread is great. I do wish they had Sriracha or hot sauce but it's not necessary. Buddle tea is good. Great spot I like it a lot.

Just passing by you can smell the freshly baked bread in the air! It was very humid inside and make it uncomfortable to eat in but we had a Vietnamese iced coffee too cool us down. Sandwiches were great - the number one is a best seller. The loud rap music blasting from behind counter was an interesting touch?
