Stopped in for lunch with my husband last week. Ordered the Mama burgers and fries. Worst burgers I ever had. Dry Bun with a skim of mayo, a slice of raw onion and a thin patty. No flavour.

Continuing on my quest to try every Beyond Burger from A&W.
This one was a bit of a let down. It was pretty dry....specifically the bun. The onion rings also tasted like they were sitting for a while.

Placed a mobile order and when we came to pick up I was asked to pull ahead and they would bring it out when it was ready. 12 minutes later they brought out freezing cold french fries that were like rubber and all 3 burgers were freezing cold as well. Very disappointing.

I had ordered a mozza burger meal and a teen burger.. I received a poutine and a small onion rings ..
The guy in the drive through window has some serious attitude problem, he clearly needs to be retrained. Not recommended anytime after 12am. A&W needs to do better with their employees.? Always had great experience with A&W, but not this one.

Give Ian a raise! As far as food, it's a standard A&W restaurant, what you would typically expect but I write this post to comment on the exceptional staff! Very friendly, warm and approachable. It makes such a difference especially when you compare to many places with poor customer service and apathetic staff. Give Ian a raise, he's making this store shine for you A&W! The others are great too but I had more interaction with Ian the last couple of visits and he made everything better.

Onion rings kinda warm some of them crushed. Teen burger with coupon was great 2 for 11.99 . They were tasty . Should get abit more bacon . And top off of root beer. Happy st Patty's day bys.

Me and my boyfriend came here last week around 2:30am, when we received our order it was dry and cold. the meat had such an awful taste on it that we could not eat it. we called right away because we were so disgusted by how gross and cold our food was. the lady on the phone was nice but still said she couldn’t do anything for me? had to take my number and wait a full day for manger to call and tell me i was lying because they checked the cameras of the food being made fresh before giving it to us. what a lie. terrible service will literally never be back you guys are horrible
