Me and my boyfriend came here last week around 2:30am, when we received our order it was dry and cold. the meat had such an awful taste on it that we could not eat it. we called right away because we were so disgusted by how gross and cold our food was. the lady on the phone was nice but still said she couldn’t do anything for me? had to take my number and wait a full day for manger to call and tell me i was lying because they checked the cameras of the food being made fresh before giving it to us. what a lie. terrible service will literally never be back you guys are horrible

The customer service wasn't great, no "hello with a smile" or "have a great day" they just ignored me through the pickup line entirely even when paying. The group food order was atrocious. I was doing a large pickup for fellow co-workers at Canadian Coast Guard. When I got back to my workplace and opened the packaging, an entire order was missing, the burgers looked like they were stepped on and squished. The wraps I ordered looked the same and the assembly of the wraps were terrible (wet and falling apart). I've been to the Torbay RD location in the past when I was military and it's usually great service and fresh food, this visit completely crushed my expectations on this location.

Terrible service. Worst fast food experience I have ever had. Made condescending comments while I was ordering. Gave me the wrong order and refused to replace it saying that I was wrong. Whoever was working in the window on December 8th 2023 at 2:30am should be re-trained to do their job properly!

I've always loved A&W but on a recent visit I paid &17.56 for a single, sloppy and wet burger and 6 (yes 6) over seasoned onion rings. Absolutely ridiculous. Probably will never eat at A&W again. Much better quality and value at most other chains. They have lost themselves with low quality and high priced good. You can get a steak and potatoes and a sit down restaurant for 11 bucks more. Ripoff.

The chicken buddy burger had substance at one time but now it's a very thin sliver of chicken that's breaded which is odd and a strange texture. The server kept talking to my deaf friend and ignoring me while I'm repeating that he can't hear because he's deaf lol also the order was wrong but I'm not going back up
