I ordered the Nashville Burger at night and staff was rude i told them that the burger is not fresh and the patty was old she was rude in talking and she is not apology for her mistake

Went at 1am for a late snack. the food took a while which is completely understandable at said hour however, that did excuse the rudeness of the lady working the drive there who seemed insanely annoyed when i asked to pay cash instead of card she then dropped it out the window by accident. Finally after about 10-15 minutes the food came out cold. Saying this ive never had a prior issues in the day time but if you are going to be a 24 hour still maintain proper service.

Seems like every burger around gets smaller but The Teen Burger got bigger and definitely is now my favorite burger. Great staff, very friendly and restaurant so clean.

Server was lovely - food was hot and good - would prefer coffee in MUGS. Was annoyed that we paid $20 for two breakfast meals and when my husband went back to counter to get 1 pkg of jam for his breakfast sandwich they wanted to charge him for it on his visa - not good

Great experience at A&W Kenmount Road! The staff were super friendly and quick with service. Food were tasty and our burgers were cooked perfectly, fries were fresh and hot, and we really love ice-cold mug root beer. Clean restaurant and great atmosphere. Highly recommend this location!
