I was ordering three masala veggie burgers, and the guy who's working on the drive-through doesn’t understand proper English, so I repeated my order again and again. Then that guy said to me, “Why are you shouting?” I told him 3 times, and due to his lack of English skills, he didn't understand and was telling me I’m wrong. I am an assistant manager at Subway. I better know how to deal with customers... Never want to come here again… I went in and complained about this behaviour to a supervisor. I hope you guys will fix this issue and teach your staff about customer service.

Very bad service, Went to A&W today and ordered onion rings. The staff told us to wait 5 minutes in the parking for fresh ones, but instead gave us old, cold onion rings — probably made in the morning. There were only 5 small pieces. Very disappointed with the service. Not expected from A&W.

The chicken fingers aren't worth the price they charge, don't bother with them. Thin and no flavor. Go with the Mozza burger, the best burger they have!!
