ordered a mama burger just cheese and ketchup. got cheese, mustard and ketchup had to send it back. girl on the counter just stared at my boyfriend when he told her what was wrong with it. mustard makes me extremely sick so had to get a new one. the new one also had mustard on it. the employee staring at us not helping until told again to replace it also didn’t help my opinion

Great Food as usual, but I had a very disappointing experience. The boy in night shift showed unwelcoming and rude behavior toward customers, which made the whole visit unpleasant. Handing over food should reflect politeness and some respect but the tray and the receipt was thrown on the table, not just for me but for other customers as well. Good customer service and respect go a long way, but unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they treat their customers.

I have always enjoyed A&W, and will always pick this over other Burger franchises because IT IS CANADIAN! The food is good and the staff at Galway were so sweet to my granddaughter. The best part is getting a root beer from a mug taken directly out of the freezer!

They also give have tray with 2 drinks which always spoil in car 🚗 I don’t know why you want to save 1 cent with give half tray. And door dash all drivers complain that but no one taking seriously

With so many places on Kenmount Road closed or closing early it was good to find somewhere open for business. Cheap and cheerful, it did just what it said on the tin. Had not realised the Canadian operation was totally unattached to the US company. Even better!

Stumbled across this little place as a last minute venue. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was reasonably priced for what is on offer and quite tasty too. Worth a visit.
