Onion rings all just smashed into the tiny paper bag .... how you like your onion rings. I like my whole and not smashed. I think the beef patties are getting smaller every time I get a teen burger...

Went up for a school lunch took them 20 minutes to make some raps and a poutine causing us to be late getting back to school and they didn’t include a fork or any utensils in the take out

The bathroom was strange the sink had the hand dryer built into the faucet as i was drying my hands it sprayed me with water from the sink bowl .

If you like root beer floats then this is your must stop stand. The food is pricy for fast food but they have walk up window for the floats.

Very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I ordered a meal on Skip the Dishes and my order came incomplete. When I called the store they refused to send the missing items, and instead gave me a partial refund in Skip credit and suggested I order from another A&W location. However the refund credit I received only covered the food and did not take into account the delivery fee, so I ended up having to pay even more money to deliver food I already paid for from a different location. I will never be giving A&W my money ever again.
