Great experience at Bivver for dinner. Friendly and welcoming service, food was delicious. We ordered the Chowder and Beef Short Ribs. To our surprise our 5 year olds meal was also free, bonus!

Uncomfortable and overpriced. Swarmed by flies the entire meal. My son’s apple juice had brown chunks (server said it was “normal”). Fruit bowl was mostly bland melon. No apology, no discount, and I was made to feel like the problem. Serious health and safety concerns—skip this place.

Attended Easter Brunch on Sunday. Awesome service and excellent food as always.

we were waiting for 2 HOURS before even getting served. none of the servers came to serve us, or even ask if we wanted a menu or if we wanted to order something. After over an hour, I went up to ask the worker at the register why we weren’t getting served. He just gave me a menu, didn’t even apologize for the ass service. A bit later, some worker came and took our menu, even tho we said we weren’t done. After approaching the register again, the workers saw me and left, and another stared me down. Finally, after two hours and multiple times of going up to the register, someone finally apologized and served us. The food was ok, a bit cold, and hard. For the 2 hours we waited, it could’ve been way better. Horrible service.

Very inconsistent, one night the old fashioned might be excellent, the next night you could have one that tastes absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t get the beef rib or the “steak” ever again. Steak was very thin and overcooked, vegetables consisted of two pounds of potatoes and four spears of asparagus. Generally feel like they have Keg level prices for worse food than most people could cook themselves. Very chincy on vegetables (and fruit for breakfast if you don’t go with the buffet). Chocolate cake was dry and not very flavorful. The staff are generally very nice though, just wish they weren’t so miserly with the ingredients and that the food was better. If you’re eating here to charge it to the room for more Bonvoy points prepare to surrender your happiness. So many better options within a 5 mins walk

Had a great lunch while waiting for family to arrive. I believe my server's name was Louise and she was wonderful. Very happy with my meal and drinks, and so was the rest of my group when they joined me.

Audry is an absolute darling, her service was excellent. We are out with MaCarthies party tours and hope to see when we come back. We had such a great night and she was so accomodating!

Service was fantastic
The food was great. Fish and chips were honestly the best I have had so far while visiting the island. My kids and wife really enjoyed their meals as well. Glad we didn't listen to some of the reviews

The service was great and all, but not the food. 2 of my friends ended up leaving with food poisoning, then we found out 5 other people we knew also got food poisoning. they all ate here and it happened right after, definitley not a coincidence

i got salmonella from the undercooked chicken at this restaurant, and so did 6 other people to my knowledge. the chef(s) do not deserve whatever diploma they have for being cooks. we also got kicked out of the restaurant for wanting to order fries the day prior, and another time had us waiting for 20 minutes to even get menus when all the staff knew we were there as they were looking at us. do yourself a favour and do not eat here. totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

Stayed at the Sheraton so eating here was very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised at how good our breakfasts were, we ate here twice during our stay. We did not try the buffet, however the table service was good, servers were kind, and the restaurant was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Prices are reasonable and portions are good. I got the Canadian Classic which was delicious (picture attached below).

Wheelchair accessibility: Located on the ground level of the Sheraton hotel. Automatic doors activated by button are located at the entrance of the lobby to assist.

awesome dude

Just like all the other reviews going around now, over the weekend me and many others have ate at this restaurant. To my knowledge, many that I know have gotten food poisoning & salmonella from the uncooked food here. The waiters here are also very rude so many kids being served. Their attitude is unacceptable. Please do better.
