We love this place, and the food is amazing. However, when I paid the bill, the tip seemed to be charged in the number I paid with my card without letting me know (i.e. the number in the check was lower than the number in the machine), so I ended up adding more tip. I do not mind paying a higher tip to people who work hard, but I would like it to be my conscious choice. I realized it too late to say anything, but please take it into consideration. Boca was what it has always been: A nice restaurant with, a decent ambiance. We used to go there with a couple of dance groups. It is a place I take friends I like: Not to impress them but to have a pleasant break in a place that does not have a cafeteria air about it.

Loved the atmosphere of this little gem when I first walked in. Our party tried several of the tapas and drinks, with compliments all around (seconds on the San Carlos!) Our server was great on checking in at just the right time through our evening.
