Booster Juice

Ordered a regular sized funky monkey and there was pieces of plastic in my drink

Took 6 minutes to take my order when I was the only one in line which is fine I understand wait times. What got me was she put the sticker for another guys wrap on her lip and then took it off and put it on the bag to close it, touching( or closest to) the part that was ON her lip and then didn't change her gloves. Bruh.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. They initially tried to serve me leftover or stale juice, and when I requested a fresh one, the staff member at the counter seemed unhappy.

I would give 0 stars. What the hell is with a tip when paying credit or debit. The debit machine doesn’t take, no tip, and says it can’t accept??? Tip for what? This is ridiculous. Put in 0 cause they get paid hourly just like any other worker. I work in retail and I don’t get tips. Managers don’t get tips from customers so why should someone who pours up a drink get a tip. The most ridiculous BS I have seen in awhile besides peoples belief that there is no inflation. Get new debit machines? Take off the tip, that’s put to lunch, and get a grip on reality. No more booster juice any location. Any other business that tries that crap, you will get the same result. Wake up!!!

Was there May 25th, 2024, and it was nice, however, sometime before 7:00 a.m. this morning, May 29th,2024, they took the payment out of my account again, and I have called them 6 times without an answer and emailed them without a response to try to get my money back. This is ridiculous and will not be ordering here ever again.

The employees are committed to great service and they are very friendly. Love the customer service!

Popped by while getting a burrito. The smoothies are really good but the prices here are pretty high. It is 5 dollars for a small juice. But like I said, it is really good. IF YOU DO go here or any booster juice, I recommend the orangsickle smoothie

Instead of service the two customers at the cash the staff tonight decided to talk to a friend and stand at the sink after looking and seeing use waiting. Very poor customer service in my eyes.

So glad you're open till 10. Tried to get a smoothie at 920 and was told they were closed. Absolutely ridiculous!
