The lady who served me was on the phone when taking and making my order and then once she made my smoothie, she dropped my lid on the floor, picked it up and continued to put that same lid on my smoothie. Very unsatisfied and disgusted.

Owner, why aren’t you fixing the only washroom at this location? I’ve been coming here for awhile and it’s always out of order. This should not be allowed. I came here twice with my daughter that really needed a washroom and we had to go to subway next door. Never again!

Google says they are open until 10. Drove over. I came in at 8:50. The girl gave me and my girlfriend such attitude when we came in, kept looking at her watch, and just felt generally annoyed we came in. Please update your google hours, and next time I won’t come in right at what I didn’t know to be close.

My experience here was quite special... in a bad way of course.My partner and I had taken booster shots. The employee didn't seem to know what I was talking about even though it's something on the menu... After serving the first booster, we waited a good 10 minutes for the second one, only for the waitress to realize that she had forgotten it... of course no excuses and the booster was served with a lot of attitude (hit the cup on the counter and walk away rolling your eyes). So that's what they teach employees in training? To be as rude as possible when you’re wrong? Very unpleasant employee that I would avoid for sure if I see her in this store (red hair and glasses, I'm talking about you). To be avoided absolutely.

I have to share my horrific experience here. Yesterday, I came here to get a smoothie! I was so excited as I had such a craving. So I pull into the lot and try to open the door, but it's locked! I figured that they were closed but the open sign was on, and it said online that they close at 10pm. I was confused so I waited in my car for a moment, until I see an employee. So, I go up to the door, and she starts SCREAMING at me. I couldn't understand what she was saying as the door was closed and she had a mask on. She must have repeated herself 4 or 5 times, as I just can't understand. As I stand there, absolutely HUMILIATED, she yells AGAIN! I motion that I can't hear her, so she takes down her mask and yells "WE'RE CLOSED!!" I was confused about the hours so I said back, "I thought you closed at 10?" and she starts slamming her hands onto the counter like a wild ape, and she proceeds to take a smoothie that was sitting on the counter next to her that had tipped over with all the banging, and she HURLS it at the door where I was standing and it hits the glass door right in front of my face and EXPLODES on impact, it was so scary. I ran back into my car as I hear her screaming to the top of her lungs inside the store. I was so scared and upset. How could you get that mad at a customer? I will never be back and I'll always remember her face, seeing it look so mad just moments before the smoothie exploded on the door and obscured my vision. I am rattled.

every time I go in there I get a regular sized cup cause I have to walk to work everyday and today they have me snack sized refused to give me regular sized cause they didn’t have enough cups very poor attudine do not recommend

Went today at 12:30 to get a smoothie no one was there door was locked, online says they open up at 10am. The worst part is this has happened to me before at this same location

Asked for 2 Orangsicles, one with energy boost, one with energy boost and warrior boost. The server then put booth shots for one in with 2 of the drinks and then i asked her to remake them. She remade one. So I payed for 2 shots in one and got half a shot of each at best.Some poor customer service, will not be returning to this location (Hamlyn Rd) again if the same server is there, would rather go across town.
I love booster juice so much it’s my favorite fast food restaurant ever, I love the protein option and it just tastes so good! There food options are also very tasty and not super unhealthy.
