Was seated at high chair table and asked for regular table which were available but told that the tables were held for reservations, which we had. The table was vacant the whole time we were there, 2 hours! Perhaps do more to satisfy your customers

Was at Boston Pizza today. I ordered the coup and pizza lunch special. The soup was not even got, just lukewarm, the ladies bathroom was so disgusting. Very disappointed visit.
Just mid quality food (had beef baracoa burrito bowl).. very small portion and wasn't that warm. Wouldn't order it again.

Got seated, waited so long after for a server to come and ask if we wanted drinks that we left. This was the second time this has happened. Will never return. Left there and went to another Boston Pizza on other part of town where service was amazing.
