Got take out, Small pizza and a dip - $25I don't mind overpaying at times if the food is great. Pizza looked good, but tasted just ok. Was disappointed to be honest. It did the job but not worth the overpayment at all.

The food was amazing. I ordered double wings - hot and hot honey. I loved both the sauces. The packaging was good but they just missed out on my carrots and celery which comes along with the meal. But loved with wings :)

I ordered a regular size classic nachos on Nov 8 and I was very disappointed with my order. It was $17.49 dollars (no protein) plus tax. We placed a group order and everything else was fine, but my nachos came in a small box (every other time I’ve had a large box) and as you can see in the picture, have no toppings. Besides the few bits of cheese you see, there was absolutely nothing on the bottom layer. Very disappointed in my meal.

Food was so so so so so so so soo mid. Alfredo chicken pasta was HORRIBLE it tasted like water. Pizza was nothing more than okay. Cant deny the service was great. But the food was bad. Never again.
Was turned away at the door and told they are not taking anymore customers because there was only 1 server working and she was overwhelmed.

We Entered at ~7pm waitress took drink order and returned with drinks by 715. Didn't see her again until 8pm to take our food order (party of 5) there were about 8 tables with people at them and several people arrived after us and received their food before our order was even taken. The Server said sorry she lost track during the rush... What rush?? Food portion size was good, Taste was nothing to rush out for. The garlic fingers with bacon we ordered came without bacon. The French Onion soup had a sprinkle of cheese and 2 small croutons. The Mac and cheese was literally Plain macaroni with cheese sprinkled on, no sauce. Server never came back until well into the meal to check on us and ask about refills even though glasses were empty when she brought the food out finally.Definitely wouldn't recommend if your in a rush there's much better places to dine downtown.

I had a worst experience ever with boston pizza at water st. When ordered a take out for vegetarian meal but when I reached home and opened my order everything had bacon in it. Even I specifically specified my preference of vegetarian food. Completely waste of money and taste.Moreover on calling them back they even did bother about their mistake.I will never suggest anyone to go there ever.
