As a Jamaican restaurant owner myself in a different province, this is a disgrace to our culture! Please do not represent my country with this horrible food. Flavourless food! And not even a Jamaican in the kitchen. Order jerk chicken and got rotisserie chicken with some type of sauce on it and oxtail thats big colourless and flavourless! This is a disgrace! Get proper Jamaicans to cook or people with knowledge Of our food or don’t sell it all!

We had the jerk chicken and oxtail stew. Both were well cooked and full of delicious flavour. We ate on site, unfortunately had to sit on very high stools which were the only available seating. After our meal we asked to use the washroom but were told they didn't have any. 😞 We will eat elsewhere next time we are in St. John's.

I love me some Jamaican / Caribbean food but this is the worst I’ve had. After ordering online some jerk chicken which I got stale and really not well put together I decided to give them another chance and go there in person only to get what looked and tasted and was shredded like Costco rotisserie chicken. No flavour, just an overall hideous dish. You gotta try guys, just effort please 💔 I’m sorry that I have to leave such a review.

I enjoy their jerk chicken but I find their coleslaw recipe changed, its more like mixed veggies now rather than creamy, I'm not sure if its different cooks or they switched the recipe but I miss how creamy it was and it was actually my favorite coleslaw in town since im not a big coleslaw person.

Fantastic food. Ordered the goat curry and chicken curry with the chickpea roti and Jerk chicken. Flavour was off the charts 🔥. Definitely will go again.

The Coleslaw was rancid. Inedible. Sour and bitter. I'm surprised how this was allowed to be served.
Rice was ok, did not seem fresh, a bit stale and dry. Chicken was fine, not warm/hot, leaned towards supermarket rotisserie chicken tempratture, but tasted ok.
The meal was ruined because of the coleslaw which was frankly was a health hazard.

Ordered a bunch of things - jerk chicken, jerk tofu, doubles, plantains, veggie and beef patties. All were great, and there were multiple meat and many veggie options. Also bought a whole bottle of hot sauce that is 🔥

Oh my Goodness! Travelling across North America, this was my first exposure to the Carribean Corner! Great flavors, appreciated portions for takeout/delivery!!! I can't wait for my next visit to St.John's!

The jerk chicken was packed with flavor, and the pieces were large. Rice was fragrant and the beans (peas) had the perfect texture. Patties were also delicious. The staff was super friendly, we had a nice little chat while I waited. Food was out quickly and served piping hot. Instead of cold slaw, mine was served with a stewed green (Collard?). Unexpected but it wasa great addition to the meal. Don't overlook this place, because you will NOT be disappointed

Needs to be more accurate with their restaurant hour. I showed up around 9:05 and was told by some dude they were closed in a rude way. I only wanted to buy the hot sauce didn't even want to eat in. Ended up putting in skip order so I could get what I wanted. Here is the advertised hours which is false. They still gave me one incorrect item.
