Food was all right. The cheese the gravy were the best part is we're too salty extremely hot in there. Hard to sit down and enjoy a meal but the staff was amazing

Came for ice cream treats after not having visited for over 20 years. Very impressed by the blizzard and other ice cream options. The blizzards were delicious and service was efficient.

However, the cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant leaves a lasting impression and hesitation to not rush back. The rear of the building/dumpster area of the restaurant is not well maintained. You can tell the inside of the restaurant has not had a deep clean in a long time. The napkin holder had dirt in the crevices, the doors and walls had black grime on them and in general just felt dirty and grimy.

Such a dirty restaurant.... definitely should shut down for a day and clean the place!

Poor service, doors locked at the time of opening hours as showing. Couldn't get to order anything. Due to the fryers had to be cleaned.

Worst experience at this store tonight! Dairy Queen Topsail Road.
Placed an order totaling $48.25.
One of the items was a cheese burger with just cheese ketchup and bacon due to allergies.
When the order was placed, i proceeded to get my drinks and condiments. The root beer had sprayed on my hand and was very sticky, I reached for napkins, but the dispenser was empty. The ketchup pump was empty, too. Went to the washroom to wash my hand to find both bathrooms were filthy, toilets were stogged, sinks were black and no toilet paper in either bathroom.

Our meals was delivered to our table, when I opened the special order box it had all the toppings. I took this back to the employee who told me to check the other box. I checked and that burger had all the toppings as well. The employee then tried to take the other burger and inspect it himself after i just confirmed it had all the toppings! He opened the box and lift the bun with bare hands!
He then said he would fix the other burger, when the new order arrived i again check the burger only to find that they had scrapped the toppings off and gave me the same burger! As mentioned previously this order was allergie sensitive.
When i went back the second time and asked if they had scrapped the toppings off the employee lied to me and said it was a new one. I opened the burger and showed him the mayo still on the bun. He then grabbed the burger and went over to the kitchen.

The rude attitude and filth at this store is saddening, unsanitary, and downright dangerous to people with sever allergies!

The service at this Dairy Queen is absolutely fantastic! They are all very kind and always have my order hot and ready so fast. 10/10 service with the awesome DQ Topsail Road staff!!

Ordered a custom ice-cream cake, and they did an amazing job. Exceeded expectations.

Omg the Dairy Queen on Topsail Road is sickening ,that building should be closed. The smell of sewer as you enter the building is unbelievable and it’s been like it for over a month. I walked in and walked out wouldn’t eat there!

I love Dairy Queen, but I will not be attending this location anymore. I ordered two cones and they were not of the correct consistency (not creamy at all, picture light grey hard ice cream). I instantly mentioned to the cashier that they did not look right, and asked why they looked that way. The worker made another cone and still it was not creamy. I asked if their machine was broken or lacking an ingredient. They did not understand.
The lack of quality control and understanding that their product is not as advertised makes me think they need additional training or supervision on Dairy Queen standards. I did mention this privately to Dairy Queen but did not get any response back.

Staff are very friendly, both the food and the ice creams are delicious but can get a bit expensive very quickly.

Ever since India took it over its been horrible. Use to be our go to every friday but we have now switched to Portugal cove road location. Food is miles better and milk shakes aren't milk and ice cream isn't 3/4 melted.

Went with my friend and her dog and the worker didn't even complement the dog (no pup cup?) and they were out of three different kinds of blizzards we asked for. The worker was very rude, would not come again, and the bathrooms were out of order. Horrible experience
