Yesterday was my daughter's birthday , I had a cake order placed elsewhere and when I picked it up it was done wrong I was so disappointed and so upset , I of course was In panic mood not having the right cake I wanted for my daughter's birthday I called diary queen and the lady was so kind & patient and the most helpful to deal with the cake decorated she had took all my info send me pics by text which was so convenient by the way lol. She got my daughter's cake made in a quick timely matter and it was the right cake i wanted for my little princess 3rd birthday!Thank you so much it just goes to show how much of great service diary queen topsail road has to offer ? ? ❤️Thanks so much again ☺️

This location is the closest to our home, and we eat here a few times a year. I found on several occasions, the drive thru wait time was extremely long!! This is a big inconvenience to people who want to get in and out within 10 minutes not happening here.
Not worth to give a single star. Was at topsail road location to order 2 treats on Nov 11th around 4.45pm. Only two cars in-front of us and we had to wait 25 minutes to get the order. Staff was not nice either. Never go there again.

Great staff, and exceptional customer service, has been my experience the last 3 times I've visited this Dairy Queen. ( on Topsail Rd ) It was under construction in July. The entire store inside was being updated. It was drive-through only, I was unaware, and for my son's B-Day, right before closing time, with no vehicle, I had no way to get his cake anywhere else. The staff at Dairy Queen made an exception and came to the store door and allowed me to pick out a cake and served me, although they had NO obligation to do so... Great food and helpful, Courteous staff.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible
We just use the drive through for a cone or shake and the quality is great but like grocery stores the prices are too much.

Behind the building where drive thru lines up is very dirty.From what you can see from the drive thru window into the store looks very dirty too. The counters were just covered in toppings and ice cream.
