I don't understand what half of the staff is saying. None of them speak proper English and they handle your food with bare hands.

Had many burgers and ice cream from dq. This time I found a long hair in my burger. Manager offered to replace the burger. I think with human contamination they should have at least replaced the whole meal

Use to be a great spot to stop in on the way home. Last 3 times has been enough for me to now go elsewhere. Not sure what's going on lately but Ive asked for no ice and get ice, ask for flamethrower sauce with the chicken basket and get no dips but they put in ketchup and vinegar. Last 3 times I've had something missing from my order. Today was no different with no sauce for the chicken. The first time I chalked it up to the fact there was a fair size line ahead and behind me so when it gets busy mistakes will happen. This time i was the only car there and i believe 1 person inside dining. The person taking my order repeated it all back to me perfectly but still had issues with it. Its a fair price for the food but when you dont get what you're suppose to that skews the value of the purchase.

Visited a few times and can say that the eat-in restaurant is good, tables were clean & Food also served within a reasonable amount of time. Its far far far better than most other take aways. At least the food I got was hot and fresh and Fries were not soggy. The restaurant staff appeared very busy with a huge volume of outside delivery orders, still I got served without undue delay. Even with the drive-thru not making me wait a top long I feel comfortable with a 5 star and hope it stays here for years to come!

Store very dirty. Employees appear not to be busy . Chatting. Appears to have been over charged for what I asked for asked for 2 medium cones and paid almost $14 but they were very small compared to other locations. Staff not friendly

Burger was absolutely freezing at prime supper hour, not to mention the fact we sat at the window waiting for the burgers for 7 mins only to be served freezing cold burgers. They also said they wouldn't honour the 2 for 8 burgers advertised everywhere and charged us 3.49 for a drink that is advertised for 1.99.

I really loved a double Ultimate burger with cheese and bacon but since they changed their patties I just stopped going there I hate the new patties
