A Gem in St. John's Dining Scene!Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Review: East Side Mario's has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in St. John's. The food quality is exceptional, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. Whether you're craving pasta, pizza, or a hearty sandwich, they have it all! The service is consistently excellent - the staff are friendly, efficient, and always make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is lively and vibrant, perfect for enjoying a meal with loved ones. My pasta had no taste to it. We waited quite a while to get our meals. My food had no flavour. It was like they put too much pasta water in the dish. It was starchy and sticky. I sent it back. But never got another meal as my husband and daughter were 3/4 through there before our server came back. They removed my meal off my bill. I left hungry and ate elsewhere on the way home in the car. I'm disappointed as it was a special occasion.

Excellent food, large portions we could not possibly eat it all so took some home. Price very reasonable. Overall an excellent time. Will definitely return and would highly recommend. Next time I'm getting a kids meal. Portion size is right for me and taste was excellent.

Restaurant was cold! Had to keep my coat on. Wasn't sitting next to door but it seemed like every time it opened it sucked the heat out of the entire restaurant. Also ordered linguini and got spaghetti but wasn't a big deal.

food was cold when it came taste was almost as it was pre cooked and microwaved then brought out server was not helpful did not ask if we wanted dessert or anything just said "one bill or two". Very poor experiance

A nice branch of the chain. Food is reasonably priced and tasty - if you go in with reasoble expectations then you'll be happy. Service was fantastic. Only issue I've had here is that the booths are very narrow. If you are a plus size person it will be an uncomfortable squeeze. Would love to see more accessible seating.

Easy entry and exit into the facility. No issues finding the door on the way in, or on the way out for that matter. Decorations sent me into a full on spiral. Couldn't get enough of the meatballs. Probably ordered them 3-48 times depending on the way you look at it....... The menus were interesting, I liked the font they chose for the menu descriptions and was tempted to take one home until I decided not to......... Only reason there were only three stars in my review was because I don't like having to walk up stairs getting into areas such as this restaurant and it was mind boggling trying to count costs by the end of the night, also they have really high ceilings!!!!! tell your kids not to scream as its a public place. I had to scream at least once because oh the high ceilings. I love the sound of echos lol, but the workers soon told me to quiet down because I was being too noisy and other tables weren't happy. I'll be back tomorrow!
