So good! Definitely in the top 5 (maybe even top 3) Ethiopian restaurants we've eaten at. My wife got the veggie combo and I got the veggie combo with lamb (both medium size) and all of it was fresh and delicious! Eat here, you won't regret it!

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner our first night in St John's. We both had the veggie plate with injera and it was so fresh and tasty, and just the perfect spice level. A young man who took care of us was so kind, and the service was great. I would highly recommend a meal here while in St John's.

I've been to Ethiopia on multiple occasions and live in DC, which has a diaspora population of 100,000 or more. This place exceeded expectations.

We were visiting from Toronto, ON for a conference in St. John. I have had my fare share of Ethiopian food and I can confidently say that this was one of the best experiences that I ever had. The buffet plate as amazing the the tibs on another level 10/10 hands down. This is the real deal. Was not expecting this in NL!

By far the best Ethiopian food I've had in Canada - the softest injera, the most flavourful veggie dishes, and the most tender chicken and lamb. We got one medium veggie combo with chicken and one with lamb, and each was the perfect portion without being too heavy. We also got the chicken and veggie sambusas; they were so delicious and crispy that we just kept ordering more. The food takes some time to come out, but the taste of the freshly made injera makes it worth the wait. I will dream about this food until my next visit to St. John's :)

I’ve enjoyed Ethiopian meals for many years and different countries; Ethiopian Cuisine Plus matches up with the best of them. Walking in I was please to be created by east African music and the smiling, welcoming owner of the restaurant. The decor and atmosphere is light, bright, colourful and relaxed. Most importantly the food is delicious. I had the Vegetable Combo with Doro Wat. As you can see from my photos, the food is also colourful and vibrant.
I highly recommend giving the place a try. You will not be disappointed.
