We enjoyed a wonderful dinner our first night in St John's. We both had the veggie plate with injera and it was so fresh and tasty, and just the perfect spice level. A young man who took care of us was so kind, and the service was great. I would highly recommend a meal here while in St John's.
We were visiting from Toronto, ON for a conference in St. John. I have had my fare share of Ethiopian food and I can confidently say that this was one of the best experiences that I ever had. The buffet plate as amazing the the tibs on another level 10/10 hands down. This is the real deal. Was not expecting this in NL!
By far the best Ethiopian food I've had in Canada - the softest injera, the most flavourful veggie dishes, and the most tender chicken and lamb. We got one medium veggie combo with chicken and one with lamb, and each was the perfect portion without being too heavy. We also got the chicken and veggie sambusas; they were so delicious and crispy that we just kept ordering more.
