I've been all over Canada and the US and I have to say the manager (Ray) at the Avalon Mall location in St. Johns Newfoundland is the most professional, friendly and enthusiastic employee I've ever met in my life. The food was pretty good.The small fry’s are definitely the best value there after that everything else was expensive. 7.49 dollars for a milkshake is too much money.the atmosphere was ok but me and my friends thought that it was too hot inside the place so we eat at the food court. Overall five guys is 4 stars the food is pretty good but to expensive I RECOMMEND THE SMALL FRIES 🍟 and inside its to hot

Worker who took our order was pleasant and patient. We order a burger, bacon burger shared a regular fry, chocolate milkshake and a medium pop. Cost was around $42.00. Found that the burgers were soggy and did not hold up to the patty. Fries were ok nothing special. Not in any hurry to go back again.
