Every time we order, we have yet to have a bad experience. The food is always great (although I only ever eat the cheddar chipotle bowl with added jalapeños). Food is always ready when we order through the app and it’s a quick and easy. Also, with the promo bowls, there is always something to order for a reasonable price! Highly recommended.

Waited for more then 10 min to order , even on a Sunday, having a 1 person at the whole store might save you a few bucks on labour cost , but you loose more customers.

The young man there tonight, 7/19/2025 was very kind. We came in late around closing time at 10:20 and he still served us and gave us 10/10 service. 100% recommend. His name was Araj/Maraj (I hope I am getting that right, I couldn’t hear that well) but the best customer service. 👏

it's like if i paid someone to make me a lean cuisine. idk if it's always like this but i ordered the wrap meal deal of the day and one of the people working had to call over another person to help ring me up, then they gave me a bowl instead of the wrap i ordered. idk if i'll be eating at a freshii again bc this was mid fr.

Good food made right. However sometimes using the Dash app for pick-up they don't always see the order especially if it's a slow day and they're in the back room. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my teriyaki bowl. It was worth the wait as it was delicious and well prepared.
