What happened to the old Freeshi? Unfortunately as a vegetarian I find that the quality of the food has decreased. The service is awesome!

it's like if i paid someone to make me a lean cuisine. idk if it's always like this but i ordered the wrap meal deal of the day and one of the people working had to call over another person to help ring me up, then they gave me a bowl instead of the wrap i ordered. idk if i'll be eating at a freshii again bc this was mid fr.

Good food made right. However sometimes using the Dash app for pick-up they don't always see the order especially if it's a slow day and they're in the back room. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my teriyaki bowl. It was worth the wait as it was delicious and well prepared.

Been eating here for years but the last handful of times I've came here, the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller. It's such a shame because some people would like to chose healthier food places to eat, but would also like to get what they pay for. Do better Freshii! Used to be a great place!

I’ve been coming to freshii almost weekly since it opened. Sadly it’s becoming a disappointment every time. Today I had 2 pieces of broccoli in my bowl. 2!!! I ask for sauce on the side and they put the cups of sauce in “ to take up space”. I get that the prices have went up but the amount of food is really ridiculous.
