Just got a chipotle cheddar bowl and this guy skimped on ingredients like they were coming out of his pay. About 4 pieces of chicken, no sauce, a light dusting of cheese and vegetables on top of a pile of dry rice. Half way through I was eating dry plain rice.Brutal.

When it's not busy, it's awesome. When it's busy, there are some challenges. Order ahead figure out some method of not waiting if it is an expected bust time. And it's nor an issue of staff, the food is good and the delivery services (Skip) seem to take precedence, thus the wait.

Freshii is very consistent. Iv had a few experiences with fast food places in town that varied wildly in quality - Freshii is not one of them. Tasty every time!

The Chipotle Cheddar bowl is absolutely delicious! my friend recommended the promotion which ended today $4.99 fabulous price! even without the promo the prices are really good and not pricy to add extra toppings. Very pleased with the portions, definitely much better than the bowls at Quesada! will definitely be back to try other items :)

An amazing & healthy fastfood option with dine-in and takeout! Smoothies are okay but a bit $$$ - but the freshii bowls are great! Chicken bamboo bowl with extra sauce and heavy cilantro is ??

Understaffed for lunch time rush. Staff were working their hardest but with only two staff members on it didn’t take long for orders to back up. At least three people needed, especially with people returning to workplaces in this area of town.

This location continually messes up orders. They get it right once in a blue moon, but 9/10 times our order is completely wrong. I keep going back as it’s a healthy fast food option, which is rare in my area. Sad that they can’t get their products and service in order. Usually when I call with an issue they tell me to keep what I have and don’t offer what I actually ordered. It’s too bad as me and my family love the freshii brand in general. Trust me — go to the Topsail Road location. It’s worth the drive.
