I am quite upset with the workers at this place. Normally I am happy with their bubble teas, especially when the female worker makes them. However, every time I go there in the mornings, I cannot order Bubble tea because the Bubba is never cooked. There are two males that work there and whenever they are there, they dont cook the Bubba. It dont matter that they have been opened for 2 hours. Every single time. I come 2 hours after they opened and they tell me the tapioca is not cooked and that it will be ready in 25 mins. It only takes 30 min for it to cook. So that means that they never bothered to put the Bubba on for an hour and 45 mins after they open. Then I was told that they are late cooking the bubba because they had to wait for the water to boil... so they were boiling water for 2 hours? So the last time I decided to wait and I shouldn't have. The Bubba was still not cooked. I was hard in my cup and for some reason the tea tasted like there was no tea in it at all. I should have gotten a refund but i was so fed up, i just left. Now im here again waiting for 25mins for bubba to cook and I am going to be so mad if my tea comes out with uncooked tapioca again. Ill never come out of the way to get a bubble tea from here ever again. Especially in the morning. It's just ridiculous. Going for a tea in the morning should be a nice experience, not a frustrating one.

Shocked at the way they treat people who deliver for them too. Dropped off an order for their store 120lbs of bottled water, six bags of apples, a huge box of banana’s. Needed a cart to bring everything in from the parking lot, all while they are sending endless messages, and for 13.00. Didn’t even tip. Hope Karma comes back for this business.

This was shocking. I paid $12 for a super green juice and what I got was half a cup and it was all apple and when I asked what was up the woman said she was new which I completely understand, but that is absolutely no excuse because you're still charging $12 before taxes for a juice. Completely unacceptable.

Not really fresh squeezed juice
,it is fronzen fruits that they made juice and filled in a galon.
Fresh juice means comes with fresh fruit that will be blend instant , not frozen or restored.
I bought pomegranate juice found its taste is like blueberrie syrup and awaful taste. I thought it should comes with fresh pomegranate but not really. I told them they had nothing to say about it.
They gave me mango as i tried it . I found it was frozen mango e
With lots of sugar. Not really fresh squeeze juice .
I paid small cup for 9$ up.

I am actually rotted with this place. On July 16th of 2024 me and 2 of my friends went to this place to get some Boba. The person who made our Boba was unbelievably unprofessional and quite frankly ignorant. Not only did he charge us double for two drinks (I was supposed to only pay the remaining 2 dollars but just found out I payed for the whole thing even though my friend gave him a 20 dollar bill) but he messed up our drink THREE TIMES. First he forgot the Boba, and the cup had a whole in it, then he forgot the ice and forgot to give us a straw. Then forgot the ice again and the Boba was undercooked, it was hard. Then my 3rd friend got their drink wrong, they were supposed to get a blue raspberry flavored boba but got regular. It was at the point another employee had to come out and make theirs for them. I am disgusted that this place does not take the time to learn how to do this when it was simple order. And in the end the Boba was still undercooked and the tea tasted vile. I'm calling tommorow and praying they will give me a refund.

Made my drink wrong. Hung up when called to inform them and ask why the past 2 times I’ve gone my drinks been messed up. Rude staff. Also used a container of juice that had fallen on the floor for my friends drink, we watched them pick it up and pour it into her drink.
