It had been a few years since I last tried Greco on Torbay Road. Craving a donair, we decided to see if Greco was still serving up decent wraps. I phoned in the order and my husband and I made our way to Torbay Road. We ordered 2 medium donairs (now size small); one with only pizza sauce and cheese, the other with donair sauce, tomatoes and onions. $27 later and being hungry, we opened up our not medium donairs. The pita bread was too small to hold the contents of the donair and the foil wrap not large enough to keep it together. The donair sauce was only placed at one end of the wrap and the tomatoes and onions at the other end...using my finger, I mixed it all up and attempted to wrap it the foil. Complete failure. I couldn't eat it...complete mess and the amount of napkins was insufficient. My husband's donair, no toppings, just meat, cheese and pizza sauce came out loaded with onions and tomatoes. He has an aversion to them. So even though I stressed twice that there be no toppings on his, I think he got what was supposed to be on mine. Best to go in and watch it being made.

Omg the pizza is amazing. I've been away for so long. We dont have Greco Pizza in Vancouver. You guys need to expand out west, please. The donair is also ridiculously good. I can't wait to travel back east to eat this again.

Always done to perfection! This store always perfectly cooks our pizza to well-done (by request) and accommodates my allergies without hesitation. The pizza is always fresh and hot! Excellent wings and garlic bread too!

I preordered pizza for a birthday party and it arrived on time and hot and fresh. It was really good and everyone enjoyed it . The driver was nice and friendly.

The place does not even deserve 1 star . The supervisor Brad is probably the worst customer service i have ever seen . He speaks rudely . I ordered for delivery and he told that it will be 45 mins-1 hr . Even after waiting for almost 1.5 hr my food did not arrive and was super cold and the most worthless customer service service ever . I am sorry but this is not accepted .

Worse service I received ever I asked for veggie pizza through Uber and in the instructions mentioned to put chilli flakes and have asked on the side but they did not put anything and pizza was sour lot of sauce on it and veggies were on the same place they did not even spread it
I ordered pizza by phone at 11.30pm and they accepted my order also they got paid through the phone. He told me it takes 30 to 45 minutes and I told him that I m really starving can you try to send as soon as you can? He said I will try my best and especially that you are very close to us. But I didn't receive my pizza I called many times but they closed already. I slept without food and so starving..... Terrible night especially that I have a kid and he couldn't wait for more time and he slept. Terrible experience ?
