Completely disappointed with the order we received today for our party pizza . Unfortunately all my staff did not like it. And all pizzas were left over in the dining room. The pizza sauce used tasted so bad .and itsl looks like we are only eating bread no stuffing . I regret to order from this location and will be my last day to order . I will not recommend anyone to order from this location. We are regular customer of Greco pizza I do place frequent order for all events at our business but we order from Torbay road . Today was the first time we order through topsail road branch .I wish I would have taken some photos to share .

Our first time ordering from this location and let me just say it will be the last time. Drove down 10 mins to pick up the pizza & wings came home sat down with the pizza and took one bite to find it to be raw, i don't even eat my steak that raw. I called the store some guy picked up could barley understand him but what i gathered was that the phone for this store is broken so i was talking to someone in the Goulds, which was not helpful. Drove down to the store with the pizza and the staff were grossed out by the product THEY SENT OUT. They couldn't even give me a full refund, listen if i had to drive all the way back down here for your mess up you could have at least gave me the chicken wings for free. Any how i will not be bothering with this location anymore, Paradise is way better and actually knows how to cook a pizza and tons of other pizza places that are much better the Greco. Terrible!

I’ve had pizza from both the location on Topsail Rd and the one on Torbay Rd and the pizza is consistently wayyyyy better at Torbay Rd. Like it doesn’t even seem like the same pizza. Topsail Rd. Greco’s crust seems unrisen and tough like it was frozen before. The cheese likewise has a strange texture — no stretch or oil, just bland strangely textured cheese. Anyway, is it normal for Greco to freeze their crusts or ingredients? Because it is clear how much it comprises their product. I’m closer to topsail rd and would expect there to be some standard between Greco outlets, but I’ll be making the trip across town from now on.

The lady taking our order was super polite and informative. We felt really welcome during our visit.
$65 for some of the most horrendous food I have ever had. Calzones with no tomato sauce, disgustingly dry - inedible garlic fingers and "poutine" which was stale fries in brown water with shredded cheese partially melted on top. 3 bites between 3 people just to fuel our morbid curiousity of the garbage infront of us. I would LOVE for a owner or manager to get in touch with me. I absolutely want my money back!
Stay faaaaarrrrrr away from this place. You'd find better at the dump.
