Delicious food. I love the cod tacos and you definitely have to upgrade the frys to parm fries 🤤 Staff is super friendly and great service
Wow . Went down for food and an afternoon walk and the service and food was amazing. We had cod tacos . Lovely
We had an amazing time here … and made a point to visit for a few cold pints every night we were in St. John’s! It’s a great place for great drinks, food, music and vibes!! Special shout out to Sarah and Chris that truly made us feel like we were part of the Green Sleeves family!
Shout out to Randy for the great tunes!
Thanks!!

We stopped in because we wanted to have the cod tongues. They were delicious and by far the best we have tasted on our travels in Newfoundland. The chowder and pan fried cod also were fabulous. Taylor, our server, was friendly and answered all our questions about the menu and it was her who recommended the pan fried cod. Taylor and the rest of the staff helped make our final meal in St John’s very memorable. Thank you so much.
Great Atmosphere...
Excellent music 🎶
Ok! I had my first Cod at Gratin. Delish 👍. Richard was darling! Attentive and friendly. Live music was perfect and crowd-pleasing. Wonderful time! Thank you!

Bitchy waitresses and 5 broken taps. Paid $5 cover and the artist spent the whole time abusing his guitar instead of playing music.

A nice pub for live music but the beer selection makes me not want to return. I really dislike labatt beer and they didn't have any beer that interested me. I settled for a pricy pint of Alexander Keiths ($12.50) And decided to leave. My review is probably more of a personal preference so if you enjoy labatt brews I'm sure you will like this bar.
Everything was excellent! We stopped for live music and drinks!
