The food is alright. But all of their grills need to wait for at least 20+ mins. Did not have chance to try the one I wanted. Call before show up.

What great food! We were the only one there for brunch dine-in and really enjoyed the place. Non-alcoholic hibiscus 🌺 drink was sooo delicious... Next time will try the mint drink as it was not available then. Will definitely be back as I am always looking for ethnic halal cuisine to dine at intead of your regular Jack Astor's or fish and chips in NL!

Solid food and great option in St Johns. Had the grilled platter to try everything out, the taouk was the best meat for me. The kofta flavour was really nice but it’s a bit tougher than what I’m used to with koobideh. Had the garlic sauce and green chutney as my condiments and both were solid. Stand out was the rice, done really well, fluffy, buttery, not at all over cooked, really delicious and up there with some of the best rices I’ve had at shawarma/Mediterranean restos and including my own family’s cooking. Really hoping that it will be the same on return visits. Will definitely continue to support this place. Service was absolutely lovely and very attentive. The take away packaging was also very thoughtful and appreciated. Great addition to St Johns!

We had the grilled mix with rice and fattoush salad — absolutely delicious! The meats were tender and flavorful, the rice was perfectly cooked, and everything tasted so fresh. You can really tell they put a lot of love into their food.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the portions were generous too. Just a small suggestion — it would be great if the dressing for the salad came on the side.
Overall, such a great experience! Definitely one of our favorite spots in St. John’s! 🌟

Scam restaurant 😂 platter for four is 120$ finished up food got 4 separate 120 plus taxes bill. No wonder why it’s a delivery only restaurant now. No one wants to go there to get scammed lol Still hurts we paid 500$++ for this!! Avoid at all costs unless you wanna burn your money. Go to any fine dining restaurant still would be cheaper than this scammers.

You will notice from the interior design to the focus on packaging is one of a kind.

Food is authentically made and a representative of Egyptian cusine with a variety of options.

I recently visited this restaurant that serves shawarma and Arabic food here in Canada, and I was very impressed. The food tasted fresh and authentic, just like back home. The shawarma was juicy and flavorful, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable.

I was really excited to find Halal food in Newfoundland. Got the mixed grilled for 1 and chicken shawarma bites. Chicken shawarma was ok as well as the chicken Tawook. However, very disappointed with the taste of the beef. The skewer tasted so weird unlike any I have ever tried before.. I don’t know if it is the spices or if the beef is just plain bad! And the beef Tikka we couldn’t even chew we had to spit it out. Drinks were good. Lemon with mint and karkadeh..

Tried the grill platter and the food was good. The chicken and rice were really good and the kofta and beef were okay. It did take a long time for the food which was strange because there was no one there. I was hoping it was worth the wait but it wasn't. The server was very friendly and that was appreciated. The drinks didn't come until long after we ordered. The ordering system needs work. It's not fluid.

Great hospitality. Mohamed Seif was very welcoming. Spent time with us asking for feedback. The shawarmas were great both chicken and beef which is rare to see. My only recommendation is to maybe add some pomegranate molasses to the shawarmas it balances well with the garlic sauce. Had a great time. Thank you for your great hospitality.
