I just want to say that this place has really good food, it's been here for a long time, and the prices are great. I recently had a meal and they are providing plastic straws which I thought deserved an instant five star review because that ban is just ridiculous. Thanks!

This is the spot to have lunch. Me and my husband, each had a clubhouse with fries and gravy, and omg, i have never had such delicious food as this place serves, in a long time. Everything about the meal was absolutely perfect 👌 the lady who took our order and served us, was extremely nice. 10 out of 10 in all areas. Well done Hot Shoppe!!!!!

I love the chicken chips dressing and gravy its nothing else like it. Delicious. I think I gave a fair score. The service is very good. Usually its a more mature woman there who is perfect she would get a 5 but sometimes if its someone different they don't quite help out as good and to give s 5 things would need to be totally perfect in trying to help me but sometimes other people than the main woman who serves me and things wouldn't be smooth with that said lately things were always great. If it keeps up I might give all 5s

Great hot turkey sandwiches here. Been going since I was a kid. The prices can't be beat.Usually I will pickup there and eat at home to avoid eating in the food court. They take phone orders and by default they will wait until you arrive to add gravy to your order to minimize the negative impact it has if it's left on food for too long before eating.

Worst fish and chips I've ever eat in my life was there on September 25th and mine and my father's fish was burnt and hard as a Rock , tried to get my money back and the owner tried to argue with me and only gave me half our meal off when we never eat anything ... I'll never eat there again ! And would never recommend it to anyone!
