Last week, I visited St.John's for the first time, and on my way back from Quidi Vidi village I discovered that pub. So cozy and warm place, lots of history; you just want to stay in and relax. Unfortunately no food in that pub.I got local cider and enjoyed this atmosphere full of authenticity.Had a very nice conversation with Blair, bartender, about the bar, Quidi Vidi, St.John's and Newfoundland & Labrador.I did so appreciate a moment I stayed there. It was really awesome to finish a big day of visiting in a such beautiful bar and discover a local cider. Next time 100% I m gonna drop by. Cheers.

The absolute best place I have ever visited in Atlantic Canada! This is an old fashioned pub that knows all you need is a good atmosphere to enjoy yourself. There is no food there but I loved that about this place. They remind me of pubs in Europe. The beer is cheap too :)

About the purest, most distilled Newfoundland experience you can get without leaving town. Nothing on tap, certainly not up to code, crazy garbage all over the walls, 10/10.

Loved our time at Linda's. Came here after a couple at Quidi vidi Brewing... And did not regret it! Real local bar, filled with locals. Great atmosphere. Great time!

We were visiting NL from Alabama and this pub was our most memorable experience on our entire trip. The best place to get screeched in and Linda was an unforgettable host. No bar/pub is like this one!

Didn't eat, the food trucks stole her food business so had a Lamb's Caesar and a India Beer. A friend recommended to stop in while at Qidi Vidi. Sooooo glad i did, what a charming place with a grand Hostess. She's a gem. I love St. John's ❤️

We stopped in to see this famous bar. Linda's place my namesake. Opened in 1977 and the carpets definitely look like they were the original and smelled a bit like it too LOL lots of memorabilia on the walls and celebrities have come and gone here. ??
