Kitchen management failed to provide the allergy free item as requested. We managed to spot the allergen before our child ate it.

First time dining at Kelsey's restaurant and I was very pleased. The food was delicious and good portion sizes. The pricing was very fair and they have great weekday specials. I will definitely be going back.
All food was cold, some was replaced but then it wasn't properly cooked, some food was forgotten. We understand fully that they were very busy, we are seniors &. we couldn't hear each other speak for loud music, I've been there before and it was amazing , this time I asked family to join us, I kinda felt embarrassed about it when I saw how unenjoyable they were as they were eating. As for value the steaks were definitely not 8 oz. as one person called it , a large meatball which he wasn't able to cut. My moto for restaurants is after a bad experience we try one more time , if it's no better then it's written off for us. But I will say the waiter was polite, friendly , knowledgable, as for cold food that shows lack of staffing in all areas. Thank you.
