I came in for a work Christmas Dinner at 7:30p.m.Only Five of us out of the Ten booked.Service was great and a cozy comfortable atmosphere.Burger was awesome but my side ,Loaded Baked Potato with a " liquid" cheese was at best Room temperature. Maybe the cheese sauce wasn't heated up enough??I would have it again but hopefully it would be kitchen hot next time.

Had some wings and appetizers tonight. Food was very good as it usually is. The service tonight from Francis was the best I've ever had at Kelsey's and better than any other waiter I've seen recently at any restaurant. Had a great meal and would recommend.

Seems KELSYS management don’t reply to emails I’ll leave my complaint here so everyone can see. Came here with a party of 5 for my wife’s birthday and was seated immediately. The table we were placed next to was paying for their meals. After we were seated it took about 10 minutes to get our drinks ordered. Then another 10 or so for our meals. I asked about the double bacon cheese burger, and how big the Pattie’s were. I was told 3 oz per Patty. So I asked to make it a triple burger and add another patty. Was told this was okay. I requested no cheese on my burger. After waiting close to an hour for our meals. My meal had arrived and there was 2 Pattie’s in the burger and one patty tossed on top of my fries. (All with cheese) I reminded the server that I requested no cheese. She said sorry and siad a new one will be made. She took the burger back and said she will leave the fires so I have something to pick at while I wait. She also left the third party on the fries. After about 10 minutes a new server came back with a new burger with 2 Pattie’s. I reminded her I asked for 3 Pattie’s. She told my I can just use the one on my fires (with cheese). NO THNAKS. I requested no cheese in the beginning. Also remember when I mentioned the table next to me was paying. (This table still haven’t been cleaned) well over an hour and we’re still sitting next to a dirty table. Back to the burger. They finally managed to fix the burger after the rest of the party was almost done eating. Not to mention my wife’s crispy chicken prices was complete mushy. My daughter ordered the same item and hers was fine. But my wife’s tasted like it was left in water overnight. Awful service, awful food, dirty atmosphere. And a lack of professionalism form the manager to not reply to emails. There was no attempt to discount the bill for all the problems we had. 0/5 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Love this place, and the menu is simple but delicious.
Ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich. Came out, took a bite and it was delicious. Laid it down and noticed the chicken-it was raw. Told the waitress, they brought another one. The bread was soggy on one side (I think it was laid on his plate and sweated from the heat?) and it was not the bbq one; no bbq sauce, no fried onions or bacon. They asked if I wanted to take it home, I declined. The waitress and manager were good about it and I didn’t make a big deal. I had four children with me. I had four kids meals, a soft drink, an order of sweet potato fries and the side Caesar salad (from the original sandwich). The manager took the sandwich off the bill. The kids chicken strips, pasta and pizza were great.Kid-friendliness: I had four children with me and they were treated fantastic.

We celebrated my son’s 13th birthday with a supper and our server was Toni, she was AMAZING! Polite, courteous and very welcoming. Our food came out quickly and was very delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant 10/10!

It was way too loud. There were six of us and couldn't hear each other. Our server mentioned to the owner that we found it loud and she dropped by our table and said that she had been told this and had turned down the music. She had also noticed that I had put my coat on over my shoulders so she had turned up the heat. That was great service from both the server and the owner. We still found it a bit loud because of the design of the building but it was nice that an attempt was made to lessen the noise. Our server was outstanding! Very energetic and obviously enjoys her job. She should get a raise or a bonus. I don't remember her name though.

Had the Chicken fried chicken, was expecting a couple of pieces with fries like seen in the online menu but was throughly disappointed when 1 piece came out with a whole 12 fries. 20 dollars for that much food was very disappointing and ruined my experience.
