Theres a really sweet ukrainian lady maybe named yuulia who offered restaurant tier service in a fast food restaurant. The quality of this KFC is above all other branches IMO and its also a nice and cozy place to sit down. My favourite kfc in st j by far, but its also sadly the furthest away for me.
I recently placed an order through the KFC app, and I was very disappointed with the quality of the food I received. The items were cold and undercooked, which is not only unpleasant but also raises health concerns.

5 straight visits (all lunchtime), i have been told there is a 20 minute wait for ALL WHITE. I don't know what their deal is here, but they refuse to sell all white, and flat out lie to you and say they're sold out. Today the clerk told me he just sold all the white chicken and I had to wait 20 minutes ... it was 10 minutes to 12 and 1 customer in the store...he was obviously lying to me. Anyway best of luck to them....I'll never be back and hopefully many people will see this review and follow my lead.
