So starting off that this was not a one time thing. We've gone to this location enough to know that even ordering on the app means waiting forever.Tonight was a whole other beast. I get there about the time I was told my order would be ready. There were at least five people in the order line and 3 people in the pickup area. No employee in sight. To keep it short, I was there 10 minutes before I even saw someone come up to take a order at the register. They only managed to take two orders before disappearing again. Not a single mobile order was to be seen but drive thru was zipping through. Finally someone grabbed an employee and asked where their mobile order was. Oh, suddenly it was ready. Another person did the same thing and their order was ready. Basically only the people who actively asked about why their order still wasn't done got their food. And this whole time? Not a single word from the employees, nothing about sorry for the wait or we're swamped or anything. Absolute silence. That's the worst part of it. The lack of care or even basic customer service. I don't know why we keep ordering here but I'm definitely going to be doing it WAY less than we already do. Avoid this place at all costs.

The rudest snottiest staff I've ever come across...and management on Friday evening was uncaring..abrupt and totally incompetent...I will never spend a penny there again
Everytime we have gone there they always mess up our order, or leave stuff out, have gotten home many times to no Gravy. And the staff are always rude!! Worst restaurant ever!!!!

Had KFC on ropewalk Lane on Sunday December 15 2024 it was terrible the chicken was greasy, the gravy was nothing but water and coulering ,it didn't even taste like KFC ,will never go there again

Food was OK, but having to argue about the amount of dipping sauces given for a large popcorn and 10 tenders isn't right. Got given 2 dip packs for all of that and refused to give me more. And the menu says its for 6 people, how are 6 people going to use 2, 2oz dips?
