Had KFC on ropewalk Lane on Sunday December 15 2024 it was terrible the chicken was greasy, the gravy was nothing but water and coulering ,it didn't even taste like KFC ,will never go there again

Food was OK, but having to argue about the amount of dipping sauces given for a large popcorn and 10 tenders isn't right. Got given 2 dip packs for all of that and refused to give me more. And the menu says its for 6 people, how are 6 people going to use 2, 2oz dips?

Counter Service is too bad. Never get napkins with order. Need to ask to counter for napkins, Sauce and serviets.

KFC never disappoints! Their food is consistently delicious, with crispy, flavorful chicken that's a treat every time. The menu offers a great variety to suit all tastes, and the sides perfectly complement the main dishes. The staff were lovely, but the corporation needs to get it together. We received coupons in the mail which say in tiny print that you can only order online. We had already driven to the store when the staff informed us of this, so we downloaded the app, but in the app, it said that all of the locations in St. John's were closed, so we were unable to use the coupon because the staff weren't able to honour it in store despite the app system not functionning correctly. So we left angry with no food. We wasted our time and gas and will be ignoring KFCs so-called promotions moving forward. Ridiculous.

Gravy wasn’t closed so it spilled everywhere, they gave us the small fries even though we paid for the large, the popcorn chicken was spongy, the extra mayo I asked for on the chicken sandwich came on the side (????) and the famous chicken sandwich was like rubber.

The app is not working . I purposely ordered for the first bucket is on us deal. Yet, it was not honoured. Why have this? If it doesn’t work.I asked the manager, but they were no help either I have been here several times in the last two months, but this is the last for me now. Treat your customers fair.

Please don’t go to kfc with a slightly torn bill because they will not accept it and tell excuses like our machine won’t accept it.
I recently visited the KFC on 34 Ropewalk Lane and had an exceptional experience. The food was incredibly fresh, and the staff were very friendly, making my visit truly enjoyable. A huge shoutout goes to Marynel and Guia for their outstanding service. Their warm and welcoming attitude made all the difference. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service!

We ordered the box meal of chicken and fries and nuggets for 2.Well the chicken must have been the chick's the pieces were that small it wouldn't satisfy a child.Very sm for the price of the meal!

Terrible service. Been here three times now and each time my order was either missing items or was given the wrong items. When I went to correct the mistakes was always treated like I was a bother, or it was my mistake. Honestly if you must have KFC , try to go to different location they just don't care here.
