Other than the customer service, this KFC is really terrible.The customer service is the only redeeming part about going here. The staff are friendly and helpful.The prices are absolutely outrageous! I paid 17 dollars for a 4pc tender meal. The meal came with 4 really small chicken tenders that were covered in uncooked batter, and a tiny sleeve of cold fries. Absolutely rip off. You can get 2 kids meals at Mary Brown's for around the same price and get wayyyy more food that is of a higher quality.The prices here are just so expensive that I'll never come back unless there are coupons. The quality of the food has gone down considerably in recent years, while the prices have gone up.I don't recommend coming here! Go to Mary Brown's instead. It's way tastier, it's better quality, you get more food, and it's cheaper.

The chicken nuggets are good but the chicken tasted sweet with coating and the inside taste as if it was not boiled with seasoning or just coated like that. Overall it lacked balance between inside and outside.

Rude cashier, doesn't know the ABC of customer service. First asked for the student deal but was told it was only for high school students and not college students. It is highly unethical that they are discriminating students and also the poster didn't mention it was for high school students only.

I ordered BOGO (peeler card coupon) 2 pc meals and one gravy to go! I came in on my mobility scooter and had to drive home. Wow I have to give it up to the crew who served me. I was in and out in 5min the food was still hot and fresh when I got home. Way to go! One very satisfied mom and kid. I came in at 625pm on September 20, 2023
