I used to order from this pizzeria all the time, but I'm done. The staff clearly don't care about hygiene - no gloves, no hairnets, just bare hands over your food. I ignored it for a while, but my last order had 5-6 black hairs baked right into the pizza. Some were under the cheese, some on top - disgusting.
Don't expect any health inspections here, in Newfoundland, places like this go unchecked for years. They make their own “rules” which means there aren't any.
If you're fine eating hair, sweat, and who knows what else, go ahead. Otherwise, stay far away.

As a Nova Scotian living in NL, this place is a must. I live in Mount Pearl and have driven 20-25 minutes to Donatis for the last 2.5 years because they’re the only ones who have real donair sauce (Nova Scotians know what I mean) and low and behold this gem only 7 mins away from me has real donair sauce. The pizza and garlic fingers were fantastic, service was insanely fast and truly amazing. The gentleman offered to carry it to my car for me since I had my son in one arm (but we moms have mastered the one handed everything).

I won't order from here anymore, went to order a pizza was told it would be a hour and forty five minutes before he could do it. Only one person there working he said, I tried to call four times and was like the number was out of service. I will never order from again and I will never tell anyone to go here.

Pass by here on a regular basis and figured we should try them out sometime. Placed an order for pick up on the way home from work, it was ready when I arrived, they confirmed the order, showed me it was what I ordered and were friendly, efficient. They have a good pizza at a decent price, easy to order from, convenient (on my way home!) pretty tasty!

There were no slices available when I went in, so Moody made a fresh pizza to get some slices for me and it was delicious! Quality ingredients and not shy on the toppings. We had a lovely chat while waiting for it to cook. Super sweet guy with great service and great pizza 🍕
