Very friendly and professional service. I go to Kuma bento semi regularly. Today I was stupid and dropped my large bubble tea and they made me a new one without me even having to ask. That was insanely kind of them and they didn't have to. I'll always come here for my Japanese food cravings ðŸ˜ðŸ’–
The best boba in town. The red bean and the honeydew melon flavors are the best. Their food is pretty good too, but the boba is what is worth coming here for.
Parking: The parking lot is the Village Mall so there are plenty of options for parking.

I've been here multiple times so my review is based on the restaurant as a whole. This specific visit though, the guy serving us was kind of weird but all other visits have been amazing service. Would definitely recommend
Wheelchair accessibility: Very open access to restaurant counter, lots of seating available in the mall. Buttons coming into the mall, however, are not great for service dogs trained in pressing door buttons as they are small and hard to reach.
