Wow! The scallops are just pillows of heaven in your mouth. Labrador Gem Seafood was recommended on BuyCanadian Reddit site and I want to thank the Redditor and Labrador Gem for introducing me to the tastiest scallops I have ever experienced. I can’t wait to try the Arctic Char and shrimp. I live in the Niagara Region of Ontario and my order was shipped out Monday and I received it late morning on Tuesday. The service is amazing - when I placed my order on line, I received a call to go over the details and some recommendations to optimize my order. The quality was beyond my expectations and I highly recommend them to all.

It's so cool that they have a shop at the airport (if I'd known earlier or if the security lineup was shorter I'd have loaded up). If you're from NL and visiting people in Toronto/Montreal/wherever I'd recommend that as a great gift.

Perfect little seafood shop in St. John’s. Love supporting local products, especially those from Labrador. Had great suggestions on how to prep halibut, snow crab, shrimp, and the giant scallops we purchased. Will be back soon!

Worst scallops au gratin I have ever had. We actually tried to eat the first two and couldn't and threw the other two out. We are scallops lovers too.
The cheese stuck to the plastic when we first got to the box and there was absolutely no flavor at all but cheese grease when cooked. We could barley find the scallops in the two we ate.
Whatever type of cheese you use is horrible for the scallops as it's beyond overpowering flavored grease basically, and that don't even describe how bad they were.
This part of our valentines dinner and it went right in the garbage. Sadly, one of the worst seafood locations in the city.
I do not recommend their products.
