A truly authentic Newfoundland café. The staff are warm and friendly. We were especially touched when a worker told us that a regular customer had paid for my son and me on his way out. If you're reading this, kind stranger, thank you. It was a wonderful surprise.

Was very displeased with the service… you walk in and there are so signs of where to go, giant crowd huddled around the counter. I waited for 20 mins and I got told that it’ll be just 5 more minutes for my order to be done despite the fact that I still hadn’t order.

Don't care about the dressing
One of, if not the best feeds of fish n chips I’ve had. Deadly spot, not a place you go for a fancy atmosphere; has a dive feel to it which I liked. More like an institution for generations to share great food.
