Little Caesars Pizza

Workers don't wear hairnets as we had an unfortunate incident of beard hair in one of our pizzas !!! Contacting the proper people and fell on deaf ears....

I had an awesome experience at Little Caesars on White Rose! The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious—especially the stuffed crust, which was absolutely perfect. Huge shoutout to the manager Mukesh and the team members Amanpreet and Manveer for their great service. They were friendly, professional, and made the visit even better. Definitely one of my go-to spots for pizza!

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza and the base was literally raw ,when I called them they told me the base has to be like this for this pizza . I have worked in a pizza store and still working I know how the pizza bae should be .

Customer service is terrible, they don’t pay attention to what customers’ are saying. They show no respect. Front desk employees should at least understand what customers are saying. We ordered food two times and both times it was made wrong. They should focus more on customer service.

The staff here are awesome. Food is great and prices are very reasonable! Some great lunch hot n ready options and other full sized pizza/dish options as well.

Awful customer service.
Got cold pizza and out order was missing items the driver blamed the manager (Mukesh) and when I spoke to him he said the driver must of taken our items and it was not there problem to deal with it myself . Called help line they offered 65% of my money back so we received no food we could eat and missing items and they get to keep half my money .... never again

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I have never experienced anything like this before. The staff treat you with complete disrespect, making you feel like you don’t matter at all. It felt like they had no interest in providing a good experience, and their attitude was shockingly rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone

I ordered a pizza on August 7, 2024 ordered through the Uber delivery site (there was a promotion of 2 pizzas with bacon for the price of one) I think it's a great offer I ordered a pizza with bacon delivery arrived 10 minutes faster than it was indicated in the application although the wrong address was indicated there because Uber did not find my house but that's not the point. The order was a pizza with bacon and meat not spicy arrived pizza extraordinary hot pepper was so much that it could be raked with a spoon from the edges, you can see the photo (I thought well if it's a promotion it's ok) but after eating a few slices of pizza in the evening my girlfriend and I had stomach aches we were poisoned the next day at work I went to the bathroom every hour, I do not recommend buying pizza here if it was possible to put 0 I would put it but only 1 star I do not recommend

Food is consistently better here than at the Paradise location. Orders from the app are always made fresh, and piping hot from the pickup spot. Can't ask for any better

This store in particular has gone down hill. I went in around noon, purchased a pep pizza and pep crazy Puffs. She handed me the pizza and when she went to grab the crazy Puffs she realized none were left. She took back the pizza and put it back to keep it warm and said 5 mins left on Puffs. Then it started getting busier. In 5 minutes my Puffs were ready, she handed them to me and went to grab a pizza and realized she had sold them all and now I had another 10 minute wait on pizza. The restaurant was very slow paced even during the rush, no one really seemed to care. I will not be returning to this particular little c's. It'll be southlands next time.

Hot and Ready warmer is pretty much always empty. I went there five days in a row and each time I walked away with nothing. By far this location is the worst one in the St. John's area.
