Food was cold, they had the order correct on my receipt but the burgers were incorrect.
Didn't give me utensils, waited at the counter for 5 minutes while 3 different employees saw me and did nothing.
My receipt didn't print from the kiosk, and they couldnt figure out how to reprint it even though I provided the order number, total, and card number.

I ordered 2 happy meals, 2 burritos, a hot chocolate drink and two vanilla cone ice creams. After 20 minutes of waiting while looking at the screen for my order no I asked about the ice-cream, then only they served me ice-creams. Hot chocolate is cannot consider as hot and it is almost became cold. I picked a table beside a front windows. I noticed every vehicle is leaving within 01 minute from drive through. I assume they give priority to them only. Everything was a really bad experience. I never wanted to go again or to recommend to any one else.

I am coming to this location for years. Recently I noticed that the quality is dropping significantly. Usually I am going through the drive through if it's only coffee. Three girls were talking with their back to me in a foreign language, didn't care about anything. At the end I got my order ( actually far from what I order) not a word from one of them. I don't care who is working there or where they came from. Just train them properly. I will take my orders somewhere else because I am paying for them, not the other way around!

I find out of all the mcdonald's in the city this is the one that is the least consistent. Orders are usually missing something, and when some of the staff (not all) are informed of this they get quite disgruntled by the fact you'd like to have the food you paid for, not to mention the burgers look like they were made by horses as they just seem to be thrown in the boxes. The wraps may as well come in separate containers as they come to you as a DIY special and the happy meals are barely ever hot...or even warm. I wish I could say this was a one off and maybe im just unlucky but this has happened so often that id rather drive the extra distance to another location.
Got my food quickly. But there was this weird employee watching me eat. Super creepy. He'd look up from his phone from time to time and stare at me eating.
