I recently visited the McDonald’s on Stavanger Drive and had an excellent experience. The dining room was spotless, with tables and floors impeccably maintained. I'm not sure which was worse. The service or the food. Completely screwed up order. Not at all what we ordered. Staff does not care that it was incorrect. Coffee was stale and burnt. And we paid for this experience.? Avoid this location at all costs.

The night shift blond guy is super rude when ever i visit the store. At first i thought that i mistook him as the store was busy but it happened all the time whenever i go. The food delivery is slow i dont know its because of being understaffed but the owner should look into it. I would rather go to another location than to come here.

The inside of the building is always clean, which is extremely impressive considering all the messy children that eat there, however, I find it absolutely disgusting that they never make any of the food with gloves, EVER. I have seen employees push down the trash in the garbage only to then touch nuggets and make burgers with their bare hands, it really grosses me out, and I do find the service is extremely slow and not as friendly as it used to be, the employees don’t look happy to see you anymore, like they want to get you out of the way instead of it being the happy positive place it used to be, they’re not mean, just not as positive

Overheard the staff response to someone coming in with an egg allergy; they cleared/re-cleaned a station and the whole team provided feedback for how to handle the individuals food in the safest way possible, great teamwork!

Food is average McDonald's food, no complaints there, but my complaint comes from the service, as the employees here are disrespectful, slow, and entirely unprofessional. Tonight my partner and I ordered 2 milkshakes, one in their orange cream flavor, and the other in vanilla. We ordered through the app, went through the drive through, and noticed we had 2 orange milkshakes. We thought no problem, just an honest mistake and he went in to have it changed for vanilla. When he entered the store with the digital receipt, asked for it to be changed, and was given ANOTHER orange. When he told the employee it was orange, she rolled her eyes as if he was inconvincing her, when he only wanted the vanilla milkshake. We have had a lot of trouble with this location, and the employees are never usually nice (majority of the evening/night team, I can not speak on behalf of the day team) but I think this may be the final straw seeing this treatment is ongoing.
