Was embarrassed trying to use the public washroom as teenagers were spying and peeking through the openings in the door Told 2 managers but they didn't find anyone Using the public bathroom is supposed to be private it was uncalled for and embarrassing for me teenagers frequent this restaurant all the time as a hangout place its not unfortunately I do need better knowledge of stuff which goes on and the managers should be able to control it and put a stop too it

Asked for junior chicken with spicy habanero sauce on it and I got a cheese burger with McChicken sauce. The language barrier is becoming a big issue with the employees. I’ve seen multiple complaints on Facebook about this location ie. mayo on hamburgers, no patty on the bun or the orders are just always wrong no matter what. just like asking for a chicken burger but getting a hamburger instead; people don’t have time to come all the way back down when they get home with their wrong orders so do better man!!!!!

I saw a staff making my sandwich without gloves. If you order a sandwich, watch out for whoever is making it. I talked to the manager to at least tell his staff but they just laughed and nothing happened. Is your customer service like that?

I wouldn’t normally review a McDonalds, except this one was exceptionally impressive.
- it was impressively clean - they were kind, welcoming, with genuine smiles - they were quick and efficient - it was the best constructed and best tasting breakfast sandwiches we had had from McD’s - and that’s saying a lot.
So whatever they are going here to raise the bar - well done.
