I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I used my free meal coupon, which is supposed to cover the entire cost, but I was still charged $2.50 for no clear reason. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had here — the last time I ordered a McVeggie, there was hair in my food, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable.
I honestly expect better standards, especially from a major brand like McDonald’s. Please train your staff properly and ensure food safety and correct billing for customers. Very frustrating experience

We have been to this place a couple of times. The kids like it because there is a play place. But that was until today, because the employees are rude. I did not receive full service and asked why. They rudely answered that they do not have this and it is not the employee's problem :) When I asked another employee to tell me the name of the woman whose behaved incorrectly, at first they tried to ignore me, and then they said that they can not tell (the name should be on the form, but it was not). Then I asked to speak to the manager, they told me that this person who speak incorrectly is the manager (I do not know if this is true). I can not say that there has always been excellent service , but today I am simply shocked by the treatment of customers. I just wanted to get the service because a pay for that. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Worst supervisor I had ever came across very ignorant. Worst service ever. Ordered food half my order was missing burgers were wrong too. Talked to a manager who said they would replace my order, called to verify only for the supervisor to hang up on me & deny my replacement worst establishment I’ve dealt with not to mention the entire order was messed up! I definitely wouldn’t recommend anything from this establishment

First of all and I promise I’m not racist but holy shit stop hiring people who don’t speak English just because it’s cash in your pocket because the government gives you money for hiring foreigners…. The Indian lady working the drive through had the line backed up because she doesn’t speak English and she got my order wrong.
Quarter pounder with cheese and one without…. And both had cheese, and my partner has allergy restrictions. Meaning he could not enjoy this meal and unfortunately money wasted.

I ordered delivery through Skip at around 3:30 am. I know that's not a GREAT hour to be ordering greasy fast food at but I normally don't have a bad experience and was starved. This time however, the wait was 69 minutes. I didn't mind waiting that long so long as I got my food. The restaurant knew they were out of an item. Instead of being normal about it and calling me, or cancelling the order when it was placed/when they realized they were unable to fill the order, they instead made me wait that entire hour to find out. They waited until the DRIVER SHOWED UP to cancel it. He had to drive all the way from downtown and was waiting in that restaurant for at least 10 minutes! Absolutely abysmal treatment to both me and that poor guy who wasted his gas.
